Arista Winery

The peaceful approach to the TR @ Arista

All things today are reminding me of Arista Winery- yesterday at Wine Road Headquarters I worked with staffer, Johanna- last week I visited with Kim and went over All Things Wine Road with her- and a couple of weeks back, I ran into Mark McWilliams at G2G Hog in the Fog.

Arista- what a beautiful place- when I stopped by the other day to snap some photos, I met the VERY nice and knowledgeable Andy- he had a TR full of guests including some folks who were really enjoying the tranquility of the Japanese gardens with its inviting water features, exotic and blooming plants, white-sanded paths, secluded views, comfortable spots to sit and ponder life….

Feels a million miles away from where I started the day....

So quiet-

I see that Arista has a cool little open-air vehicle for visits out into their vineyards.  I love their picnic area where guests can also enjoy a glass of Arista wine to go with their picnic- the day I visited it was quite hot- but in the gardens and the picnic grounds, it was completely comfortable- lots of Adirondack chairs and cool nooks and crannies with secluded seating- the open and airy TR invites you right on in!

Wish I had brought snacks.

I wish I could perch here for a few hours, but the Wine Road calls!

Great people, great wine, and a fantastic place to spend an afternoon. Their Pinot and Paella event is a blast.
