Taste Alexander Valley 2013: Another TAV Extraordinaire!

Another marvelous Taste Alexander Valley (TAV) 2013 has come and gone!  Presented by the Alexander Valley Winegrowers, this event is truly what the name says: Taste the Alexander Valley.  Always the weekend previous to Memorial Day, this past weekend was the 16th annual incarnation of a lively group of wineries welcoming an equally lively group of guests to sample wines, food and entertainment, and take advantage of  great specials on wine purchases.  27 winery participants meant a well-spaced, never crowded feel, a time to sit back and sample some great wines while taking a moment to actually savor the winery locales and ambiance. We start at Hawkes Wine: Jimtown Store. Next up: Alexander Valley Vineyards.   Heading next to Soda Rock...
